Faith's First Christmas...

Faith was a lot of fun for Christmas and I think the first picture is my favorite.

Newman Christmas...

Newman Christmas was full of food and presents. We had fantastic soup and sandwiches for dinner and cheesecake for dessert. The boys were a lot of fun and I think Faith had a great first Christmas. I may have taken too many pictures of Faith...so it looks like there will have to be a Faith's First Christmas post too.
Our Christmas Stockings
Faith tasted everything in her stocking
Tim forgot a present from Mason to Jen when he wrapped all the presents at Mom's house. Apparently Mason broke Jen's mirror so he was pretty excited to get her a new one.
Mom put together a collage of pictures for Grandma Geri full of pictures of Grandma and Faith
With this little heater I might reconsider tent camping this summer!
Mason is a great present un-wrapper, but has a hard time waiting for his presents, I guess that's normal for a four-year-old
Wii Fit...I LOVE it!!! I've played every day since Monday!!
Faith digging into Grandma Geri's present
The boys with their new fishing game
Jen and Tim bring Mom their memory cards when their camera's get full and haven't printed any pictures for quite a while so Mom printed Tim and Jen's pictures and burned all of their pictures on CD's.
The boys took turns helping Faith open her gifts
They all liked Faith's new top
Mom made Mason's night with Handy Manny

Christmas Dinner...

We met up with my mom, Tim, Jen and Faith at my Aunt Linda's house for Christmas dinner. The boys were with their Dad so our Newman Family Christmas wasn't until Monday (that post coming soon). After dinner we played some Wii Sports and Guitar Hero, and I have pictures, but they're not very flattering, of anyone...so I decided everyone would rather see pictures of Faith.

She has officially begun a love of baby dolls

Christmas Morning...

Christmas morning was spent at Justin's parent's house with Jennetta, Josh, Jd, Amy, Maddie and Braden. It was fun having the kids there and seeing Maddie excited about opening presents. Usually on Christmas morning Justin's dad has a Christmas story picked out to read to everyone, but this year JD provided the story, and if I would have been thinking I would have posted it...oops. After opening presents we had Italian Sausage Egg Bake and orange rolls for breakfast. Julie's family came by after they were done with Christmas at home. Justin convinced his dad to get out Great Grandma Law's train set and set it up, I don't know who was more excited the kids or Grandpa Jerry! Then we played games until Justin and I had to go home to get ready for Christmas Dinner.

Mom framed a picture of Christ for JD that one of his mission companions drew
I don't know how she knew I wanted Personal Trainer Cooking for the DS, but Justin's mom did great!
Josh was pretty excited for Rock'Em Sock'Em Robots

Justin's mom made seek and find toys for her kids...I mean grandkids

Harris Family Party...

Monday, December 22 we met up with the rest of the family at Grandma Ann and Grandpa Caryl's house for the annual Harris Family Christmas Party. From what I hear, years ago this party was on Christmas Eve, but with each family getting bigger and bigger and everyone starting their own family traditions it moved to a few days before Christmas. We get together with all of Justin's Aunts and Uncles and their families and spend the evening stuffing our faces, singing songs, acting out the nativity and getting a last minute visit from Santa himself. Here are the highlights...

Uncle Josh and Braden having some pizza

Braden ate that piece of pizza with this one tooth...

Sarah, the angel, and Netta getting ready for the nativity

Megan and Cooper were Mary and Joseph with their donkey, Paul

A Visit (and gift) from Santa!

Timmy was a little unsure

Sarah was so excited!

Blake gave Santa a kiss

I didn't get any good pictures of Maddie

Alex knows exactly what Santa means...presents!

Braden did pretty well considering this was his first visit with Santa

Emma was Santa's helper this year

Justin's Grandpa Caryl loves Boise State, so it makes it a little easier to buy for the guy who has everything..the foam finger and hat came from Brent Parkin.

And we found a reversible beannie to keep him warm
